Sweet Reminiscence

Robin and I have always understood each other intrinsically and absolutely. She was a mirror unto me as I was for her. We lived by the code that we must always be true to ourselves so that we may be true to each other no matter what. We believed and practiced absolute honesty with each other. Our love was constant and seemingly effortless. Not once in all the time since we first met had we ever had a fight or ill feeling towards each other. We never longed for understanding from each other because this we always had. But rather, we spoke only to affirm what we already knew. Recognition of what is. We knew each other and so we were not alone. Being understood so completely was the most beautiful thing we had. Tony (Robin's son) once said it so simply when he was just nine years old; he said, "They are like one person in two bodies". What a perfect analogy.
She has passed on from this world but I will carry her in my heart forever.
